How can I get Flash (TM) Player for speech Dictation

Apparently I need a download called "Flash Player" to enable me to dictate
into Word. Where can I find it, as it is a requirement before I can dictate
into Excel, Word 2003
 
Don't know. This is a Microsoft Access newsgroup. We help folks build
databases in Microsoft Access.
