How can I get email addresses in the bcc field to print?

I have sent an email to a number of people, but to protect their privacy I
put all the addresses in the bcc field. I want to print a copy of the sent
email for filing, but when I print it, only the From, Sent, Cc and Subject
fields print, not the bcc field.
Where is the option to allow the bcc field to show when printing a hard copy?

You can't - there is no such option. But you can still see the Bcc
addresses in the headers of your Sent Items message. (Note that
receivers of the message do not see the Bcc header).
