How can I get a Pivot Table to refresh after a few minutes

Hello,

I use Excel 2002

I want my Pivot tables to refresh every few minutes but the option to make
it do that is greyed out and I am unable to see how to make it change.

I am able to make it refresh when being opened but would prefer to refresh
when a time has elapsed.

Is it possible and how can it be done

Shortly after posting this question, I noticed a posting to this NG which
gave a macro to do the very job. It works fine for me and i can happily use
that - but out of interest, why is the option to refresh every so often,
greyed out?
