how can i forward an e-mail as an attachment?

just loaded outlook 2003 on windows xp. the older version of outlook i could
go to "message" and click "forward as attachment". withthe new version i
can't find this option.

Create a new message , in the attachment drag-down menu, select Item...

- Select the TOOLS menu
- Select OPTIONS
- Click the E-MAIL OPTIONS... button
Near the middle of the window is the section titled
"On Replies and forwards"
- Select WHEN FORWARDING A MESSAGE
- Click the little diamond next to "Include original
message text" and select "Attach Original Message"
