How can I fix Error 0x0040324

I cant seem to find any information on how to fix this error.
I'm running XP pro and it keeps on popping up at start up.
I beleve its associated with Panda Titanium 2006 antivirus program, but they
are not responding to my help need.
Does anyone have any solutions to this?
I have tried to restore but the error is still there.

are you SURE and CERTAIN that you typed in the error number correctly?
Google doesn't find ANY documents with that error number in which is VERY
VERY unusual.
 
I'm sorry I didnt include the #1 It should have read 0x00401324
reference0x00000000.
 
I tried to understand some of those sites but I'm not that good at
understanding what they mean nor how to fix the problem I have.
