I NEED TO FIND OUT WHO ACCESSES MY SPREADSHEETS AND WHAT CHANGES THEY PERFORM

first: Turn off your CAPS Lock: Difficult to read and considered as shouting
in newsgroups

Second: Have you tried using 'Tools - Track changes' for this
