How can I fill the outlook whitelist programmatically?

Hi,

is it possible to fill the whitelist of MS Outlook programmatically with
VBA? In my special case, the white listed E-Mail addesses are located in aMS
SQL-Server database and I want to refill the white list each time the user
starts Outlook.
