how can I enter a date in an excel field by picking from a popup .

In Excel, I want to be able to pick a date from a popup of some sort rather
than typing it. I can't seem to find this anywhere in the help.

Thanks for the link Frank,

However it doesn't address the need fully (Or i'm not really getting it)

What i'm after is to select the cell and get a popup calendar and be able to
select a date by clicking it (that could be years in the future) and have the
cell populated with that date.
