Do note that a Word document used as the body of an e-mail message will not
appear in an e-mail message as it does in your Word screen. Html and Word
document formats have very different formatting requirements. Furthermore
you have no control whatsoever over how a message is viewd by the recipient.
If you want your document to be viewed as intended it should be sent as
attachment, preferably in PDF format.
