How can I email a form and keep the graphics

Is there a way to email someone a form that retains the graphics, ie..line,
check boxes, etc.? I know sending it as a snapshot seems to work but the
people I send the forms to can't open them. Maybe a Adobe Acrobat export or
something?

Thanks!

Or Microsoft InfoPath that's actually designed for it? Sure. But asking
that here in a database group is most likely only going to be a waste of
your time.

Oh...I'm sending the report from Access. It puts the data in Word ok but all
the boxex and lines are gone.

An Access Form has no independent existance outside of Access - so the
"form" cannot be emailed to anyone (much less have them open it and
enter data into your database!)

Could you explain the context? What are you trying to send, and what
are you trying to accomplish?

I have a few job request forms (reports) that I want to email to different
employees. I want to retain the check boxes and the formating so the forms
can be handed off. Basically I want to be able to email exactaly what the
report looks like when it does when it prints.
Thanks

Your options are Snapshot or PDF. Why can't they open the Snapshots? Did they
install the free viewer?

I can get them to install the viewer...not sure where that is. I would also
like to know how to export a report as a PDF.

Thanks

Google is your friend. A search of...

"Microsoft Access" +"Snapshot Viewer" + "Download"

....will give you what you need with the first search result.
I would also
like to know how to export a report as a PDF.

Look at first search result of Google search "Free PDF Creators". I use CutePDF
myself.
