How can I eject my CD?

So after doing this the only process running that isn't running when
it's working is the Google ToolbarNotifyer. But now it's working, so I
don't know if that's the culprit.

Uninstall all components of the Google Toolbar and then test to try and recreate the problem. When troubleshooting, you need to try everything that might be a potential problem. Third party toolbars have been known to cause problems.

I've uninstalled the Google toolbar, and still the problem is
happening.
