how can i disable security warning is access2003?

I use the package wizard from access2003 developer extensions to create a
istallation cd for an access database. I install the DB , and i run the DB
with the Access 2003 runtime.Is there any way to disable the secutrity
warning that appears when the DB opens. I don't want to do it from
Tools>macros>security

In the runtime environment, this option is not available. You have do
set the appropriate registry values:
