How can I disable edit with Microsoft FrontPage in MSIE

Guest

Currently using Microsoft FrontPage to create my website. Browser: MSIE 6.

How can I prevent visitors from opening my pages by clicking "edit with
Microsoft FrontPage" under File menus' drop-down list?

Please help! Visitors to my site are constantly trying to open my site to
copy contents.

You don't need FrontPage to copy your sites contents.
The "contents" are already downloaded to a users temporary internet files when they open the page.

See the answers to your first post of this exact same message. Also, be
aware that double-posting is bad netiquette, and will have the opposite
effect of what you intend. Rather than making your message more visible, it
makes people angry, and less likely to help you.

Visitors are able to 'copy contents' regardless of the "Edit with..." button.
from File menu there's the usual Save As... option which allows them to save your
entire pages to their hard disk.

In any case, when a visitor views your site, it is downloaded to their machine
(to the web cache).
