How can I delete the spyware that Spyblaster protects against?

I ran Spyblaster and it found a slew of spyware. It protects against it but
doesn't delete it. How can I delete the spyware? Ad-Aware seems to only
find the latest stuff.

A question about Ad-Aware. If the new upgraded reference files are smaller
than past files, doesn't this mean they are not including all the spyware
registry entries and files that are out there?

They both delete spyware.
At completion make sure all boxes next to the detected files are
checked.
Follow the prompts to delete or quarantine the spyware.
