How can I delete data from an Excel shell, while retaining the fo.

I want to ure-use the format of an Excel Spread Sheet (no, I did not make a
template!) . How can I delete the specific data, while retaining the
formulas?
 
Hit F5 Function key then Special>Constants.

Use the option button to select which Constants you wish to select for
deletion and OK

Edit>Clear>Contents or right-click and Clear Contents.

I may be wrong, but I don't think you can delete the data
without removing the formulas. They are two sides of the
same nickle.
