How can I delete an unsent read-receipt for an old mail account?

Outlook (2002) is trying to send a read-receipt for one of my mails... the
problem is the account its trying to send it on is no longer operational.
This results in the 'Please enter your login information' style dialog being
displayed each time a Send/Receive is performed.

Is there anyway to delete the read-receipt so Outlook no longer trys to send
it? As it doesn't show in the Outbox, I can't think of a way to perform such
an action,
