How can I create a time stamped log of Windows XP Pro start-up

It takes my computer more time than I think it should to start-up. I suspect
the delay is Zone Alarm loading, but I've turned it off and there is still a
long start-up delay before Windows is fully functional. Is there a way that I
can create a start-up log showing the time, absolute or relative, when each
of the programs or services loads?

Along the same lines, is there a way to specify the order in which the
programs load at system start-up?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Look on the taskbar next to the clock. All of those programs have taken
time to startup. Open each and if you don't use it much turn off it's
option to run at startup.

Update all your hardware Drivers. Also Update softwares.Dont Use Very old
problems like Microsoft Word 2000,Acrobat5 like that.
