How can I create a new Stationary in Outlook?

I would like to create a stationary using pictures on my system. The
pictures, however do not appear in the file when I try to get them through
Outlook tools/options/mail format/stationery picker. Can you help me?

Make sure that you refer to the pictures correctly in the htm-file. I
usually put my pictures in a subfolder named the same as the stationery
htm-file.
