How can I copy outlook distribution list name and email addresses.

I am trying to copy the list of entries in an outlook distribution list to a
word document. Anyone know how I can do this?
 
Save the DL as a text file with the File | Save As command.
 
Thanks! I knew there had to be a way to do this but I couldn't figure it
out. Cliff
