How can I copy email from Netscape to Outlook?

I have emails in Netscape 7 that I would like to move to Outlook. Is this
possible?
 
Does Netscape let you export data to a file, and if so, what file types can
it export to?

Thanks for the reply. Netscape evidently does not export date, all I could
find was an Import option. Finally decided to forward the messages to myself
(I use MailWasher to get my email) and that worked.
