How can I coordinate Outlook and Outlook Express?

My email goes from direcway.com to Outlook Express. I used to have msn.com
email and had my calendar and contact list there. I haven't figured out how
to either move my email to Outlook or my contact list to Outlook Express. If
I continue using Outlook Express, I need a way to send reminders on my
calendar to myself on email in Outlook Express. Is any of this doable?

You might get a better answer where the Outlook Express

Outlook Express does not have a calendar function. You could do as many
others do and continue to use Outlook Express for your email and Outlook for
your calendar, contacts, etc. Otherwise, you could use Outlook for
everything. If you choose to do everything in Outlook, you can export your
mail from Outlook Express to Outlook by using Outlook Express' export
function.
