How can I convert .txt and .xls to .qif ?

How can I convert .txt and .xls to .qif so that I can import old bank
statements into MS Money?

Apparently Excel used to have a capability to do the above...
 
i just built a .vbs script that allows a conversion from text to .qif. it is very simple and requires some code modification. with some hacking this may work for you.

I used it to convert a bank statement. Like i said, it will work with any .txt file. it just requires making it work for your bank's file and data format.
