Convert Excel XLS file to Quickbooks QIF file format

Does anyone know of a add-in or other program that will allow a file
conversion from Excel .xls to a Quickbooks .qif format? My accounting bank
reconciliation software only reads QIF files and we do not have Quickbooks.
