How can I convert an excel spreadsheet to mail merge in word?

I want to print labels from a spreadsheet in Excel, using Mail Merge in Word.
How can I accomplish this task?

Start with opening Word, pressing F1, typing in "Mail Merge", and reading
through the Help topics. Then go to
