What made you think my web site would do this?
If it is a one off I will do it for you, but if you download the trail of
SnagIt 8 (
www.techsmith.com) you can do it yourself. It's 'printer' driver
will output anything that can be sent to a printer to any of a range of
graphics formats including jpg and PDF. Be warned, if you try this
application you will want to buy it. It is one of the most useful tools on
my PC! But for the purpose of converting a single document the trial will do
the job.
