Open your powerpoint in edit mode > Office button > put your curser over
Save As, DON'T click it > look to the right, Slide your curser to " PDF or
XPS " and click it. That will lead you to install PDF as one of the Save As
options.

If you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your system, then just use the print
option and you should see Adobe PDF as one of your printers. Select it and
it will create the PDF file for you once you give it a location to store the
file.
