How Can I control or Change the Service account Outllok uses for FROM

I have a profile setup which has three different email
accounts - each as a separate SERVICE. I need to have
the program check all 3 on the POP3 side, but I just want
to use one SMTP.

How do I contreol which account Outlook uses for outgoing
email.

For example, I want it to use mai.mindspring.com - with
my JIM account, but it sends message with the FROM
indicating My wife's name (one of the 3 POP accounts I
check).

Can not figure how to set the accounts in the profile to
do this.

I can set the order of the 3 accounts (services) that are
checked for incoming mail, but can not figure out how to
change the order (or select the one service) that it uses
for outgoing mail.

Any help with this frustration will be greatly
appreciated.

You didn't post your Outlook version or mail support mode.
Outlook 2000 in Corp/Workgroup mode is not designed for multiple Internet
Mail accounts. Use Internet Mail Only mode instead.
