You can't. Each user ID will have its own profile, sicne profile
information is kept in the registry in a user-specific area. However, you
can certainly reference the same message store within each profile. For POP
accounts, just put the PST somewhere in the Shared Documents hierarchy and
point to it within each profile.
I do not understand your question in referencing the same profile accross multiple users on a single computer. In Outlook, a profile is a collection of services, data files and address
books that can be accessed when that profile is launched. If multiple users log in with the same profile, they will have access to all of these same services and data files.
However, if you would just like several different users to be able to share the same data file (.PST), you can set each profile to point to the same Personal Folders file.
