How can i change where scanned documents save to

When i scan something it saves a copy in "My Pictures" and as i have them as
my screen saver it shows all the scanned docs on my screensaver. Can i change
where scanned docs save to? I have to delete the folder everytime i scan
something at the moment

Check the instructions that come with your scanner software. This is nothing
a function of Word.
