how can I change the position of a html element?

I've spent the morning trying to move that Missing Children applet Up.
FP, I can't seem to find a way in the Help File that allows me to change the
alignment of the Outside Temp, Missing Children, Heat Index elements.

Please and thank you
 
Use tables to structure your page layout, then you can use the table cell alignment properties to
center or be at the top.

That means redesign the whole page.
I'm just a beginner and 'tables' may be beyond my present knowledge level.

You could just insert a 3 column table in that area.
