How can I change text size permanently?

View | Current View | Customize Current View | Other Settings...

Unfortunately, in the version of Word that I am using, "Current View" does
not exist under "View".

ARe you using Word for you e-mail editor? Format | Font changes the font
size....

I am not using Word as an email editor and I was unable to find form changes
under Format in Word!!
