I changed motherboard in Windows 2000 system. I use Access 2003 and now every
database has turned into a read-only mdb. How can I change this attribute?
Read-only is NOT checked when I look at properties.

I'm just guessing the Office needs to be reactivated. If so, it's probably
not just Access but every Office document (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
that will have this problem.

The activation process detects the motherboard and so a motherboard swap
could cause this problem. Ask this question in microsoft.public.office.setup
and they should be able to give you the steps you need to go through.
