How can I change POP and SMTP settings via registry?

I need to deploy a registry change that will change the POP and SMTP settings
in Outlook 2000 and 2003. Can i do this via the registry? If so, what are
the relevant registry keys?
 
I am thinking the exact same thing. Problem is that I use my laptop at work,
at home and at my univesity, and I need to use different SMTP-servers at the
different locations.

Maybe the smtp-server-key is stored in some outlook-config file and not in
the registry (perhaps the .pst?)
