How can I change folder permission to let me delete that folder

I have created a personal folder for emails. I now wish to delete that
folder - I am unable to delete it as I get a message that I do not have
permission to do so. How can I change that permission to enable me to delete
the folder?

Are you trying to delete a folder from within Outlook or delete a Personal
Folders file (PST) from within the file system (Windows Explorer)?
