how can I best create a rich-text input field in ASP.NET, like in hotmail

Hi,

What is the best way of creating a text area with rich text functions, like
in Hotmail for instance.
I use something similair in ASP 3, but in consists of lots of Javascript,
iframes and other complicated matters.

I am sure there must be an existing control out there that can do it.

Is there a built in control? Does anyone have a control? can anyone post
code on how to do this?

You could create one, and it would still consist of lots of javascript &
such.
There is no built-in web control that deals rich text decently.
You might consider a third party solution such as these:
