how can I automatically have new e-mail adress saved to my contac.

I am hoping that i can automatically save new incoming and outgoing e-mail
address to my contacts folder, can anyone help me with this?
 
I believe that there is some VB code that you can obtain for saving the
incoming info. As for outgoing, what version of Outlook are you using?
