How can I always see the print layout when opening an attachment.

Everytime I open an attachment in Outlook, I have to choose View -> Print
Layout. How can I change Outlook so it always opens the Print layout?

Outlook 2003/Microsoft Office Pro Edition 2003

You can fix this by going into MS Word > Tools > Options > General tab >
uncheck the box that states "Allow starting in Reading Layout"
