How can I allow programs to automatically send mail on my behalf?

With an upgrade from Outlook-2000 -to-> Outlook-2002, I'm finding that I
can no longer have my programs (Excel/Access) e-mail results unless I click
"Yes" to the following Outlook dialog box: [A program is trying to
automatically send mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this ?]
Yes, I want to allow this ! ...and, I want to allow it whether I'm in
a meeting or away on vacation when the program runs.
How can I prevent this dialog box from halting my programs ?
