How can I adjust text around a picture in a header?

I insert a picture in a header and the text is always behind or over. How can
I adjust de text around the picture?
 
In Word 97/2000/2002/2003, choose a "Wrapping style" (on the Layout tab
of Format | Picture) other than "Behind text" or "In front of text."
