How can I add my voice to my Power Point presentation?

PowerPoint provides a wizard to record narration, however I recommend
against using it. The reason being that you can not edit the sound file at
all. I much prefer recording with another tool, saving the narration file,
and then inserting it via Insert > Movies and Sounds > From file.

You can if you choose the Link option, no?
