We consider it helpful to try to prevent you from doing something that will
make you unpopular with a lot of recipients.

Music files tend to be very large or of very poor quality. If the e-mail
system doesn't prevent you from sending the large file, then the recipients
spam filter undoubtedly will. If it does manage to sneak through, it will
irritate the hell out of most people, or they may have their speakers
switched off (as I always do unless editing AV) and not hear it.

In any case this is not something that can readily be achieved with Word as
it requires a knowledge of HTML language that is not compatible with the
functions Word/Outlook provide for creating HTML.

You need to ask in an HTML programming (or Outlook) forum.
