How can I add multiple junk senders in Outlook 2003?

When using Outlook 2003, if I highlight a bunch of emails and want to
right-click to "add to the blocked senders list" so that they are all added,
I can't. Is there any way to do it, or create a macro to do it?

Not that I know of but it is a much requested feature.

On the other hand ask yourself if you really need to add them to your
blocked list. In many cases the addresses are spoofed and are never used
again so adding them to your blocklist doesn't make sense. If they are being
delivered to your Inbox raise the level of your Junk E-mail Filter instead.
