how can i add languague to translate tool bar?

please , i need to add Arabic Language to the translate ?? it's only from
English too french and other languages , but there is no Arabic .. is any one
can help,,, thanks & regards

Which version do you use? if you're using 2003 edition you need the Office
2003 Edition Localized Version (Arabic); you'll have arabic-english,
elnglish-arabic, arabic-french, french arabic, englsi-spanish, and spanish
english dictionaries.
