Microsoft Word 2007 Language Translations

I currently have a Word document (contains word art and pictures also).

This document is in English and I was wondering if Word has a facility built
in whereby I can translate this document into other languages such as
Russian, Italian and Arabic?

Does anybody know if Word has this facility and how I would find it?

Not exactly. There is a translation feature available in Word and several
web sites that provide translation, but if you use it and provide the
'translated' document to someone they aren't going to understand it very
well. Human language is quite complex and there are a number of different
translations, interpretations for particular words and phrases, and there's
word order. The order one might use for words in English may not the same in
another language. Only a human can provide correct translation.
