How can I access the admistrator info? Help..

I have Windows XP Pro installed and...

- Computer had to be replaced
- in the New system ( cannot use old drive as C drive)

My problem...How do I :

-access the administrator info? It shows zero wich is not the case
-access itunes purchases
-access to all locked info like photos, documents, etc...

I won't be able to sit in front of the computer till late so I need to
collect as many answers now to work on it later.
All help is fully apreciated!!!

Ps: Computer never crashed!

Some background info:
Old pwr supply crashed
and I bought new pc with windows media
old drive is ide, new is sata so can't swap.

put old c drive in a fw400 case and new pc recognizes it just fine!

got most of files and photos off retrospect b/u drive.
when i try to open old 'users' folder admin it tells me i don't have access
but does not go on to offer me an area to type passcode
