How can be restricted the number of users downloading from a client under a p2p connection?

I use a p2p application program for sharing my files with others around the
world. I want to know that how can I restrict the number of users (not my
upload bandwidth) downloading from my computer at one time? How can I do
this in XP?

This has to do with your P2P client.. not your Operating System.

Esmaeil,
While Shenan is correct that this is not the right forum, depending on which
P2P you are using, try looking under 'options' for a tab called 'traffic' or
similar.
There is usually some method to restrict how many users are uploading.
Hope this helps
