How can 2 users share the same address book?

Hi,

I have 2 users running Outlook Express on 2 different PC's. Their address
books
change daily. In order to update the address book for user 1, I have to back
up all the email addresses from PC 1, and then, import it to PC 2.

Is there a way to make it so that both users share the identical address book?

Edit the email accounts on each machine to leave all
messages on the server until deleted from recycle bin, or
leave all messages on server for a specific amount of
days. This will allow the messages to be viewed from
several different machines.
