how automaticly insert what i need instead of word "title"

I need to insert title automaticly with one click on word "title". Is there
any short way to do so? Like in forms when you need to fill in instead of
what is allready there.

Title of the paper - I need to make it authomatic so i can insert my own
title just in one click.

Use a MacroButton field that refers to a nonexistent macro. See
