How asociate one text to one table and one title at the same time

In Word 2007 I know how to set a title to a table or image but I want to
describe the the table or image with a few words and then generate the table
thats folows:

table1: Last 5 bills
....................................................................... 1
table2: Telephone numbers of University
....................................... 5

¿How can I do it?
 
I don't have Word 2007 and cannot be specific, but try putting "Table of
Figures" into Help. That's what Word calls it.
