How administer Vista

Is there any documentation anywhere on how to administer Vista. All of
the tools that were available in XP seem to be gone. In particular what
used to be know as Windows Explorer is gone. How does one manually
install files, create folders etc. in Vista?

Well, I finally found the hard drive in Explorer. I guess that's
something.

Everything is still there, including Windows Explorer.
Start>Programs(click on it to show all)>Accessories(click on it)>windows
Explorer>right-click >send to a desktop shortcut!
When you find it, and open it, click on Organise>Layout>Menu Bar for the old
"file, edit, view, etc"

In Windows Explorer, the same as any other version.

Windows Key + E will open Windows Explorer. It looks different but it is
still there.
